Frequently asked questions
Can I use regular milk?
Yes — low-fat milk works and adds more protein.
Why didn't it set?
It probably needed more cooking — stir on low heat until it coats the back of a spoon.
Is it okay for diabetics?
Better than the classic since there's no added sugar, but cornflour is still carbs. Keep portions small and check with your doctor.
